When I'm sad, angry, stressed, tired or when I listen to loud music, I always have a pain in the same place on my head.It really hurts and only if I sleep it gets better..Is it migraine? Or something different? What can I do for it?

you may have a weakened artery.

or it may be sinuses...

have you talked to a doctor about this? i knew two folks who had this problem.. they lived with it for years.. but the both of them had aneurysms later in life... unsure if there's a relationship or not .

It's probably caused by tension. Pay close attention next time you're experiencing any of the emotions you mentioned, and see if your shoulders and jaw are tensed. I'd bet they are, most people unconsciously tense up under emotional stress or loud noise. That can lead to headaches. My advice to dealing with them is to try to relax. Avoid the changeable things, like loud music and allowing yourself to get overly tired. Try stress relieving tactics like deep breathing, and light exercise. Try to avoid stressful situations. Pay attention to your shoulder and facial muscles, and make a conscious effort to relax them when they're tensed.

you can take advil and then lay down nap or take it at night and then maybe it will help if not then try to go to the docters.
