You may need to do your maintenance. Go to the start button, open start menu and you see All Programs. In the left column, up high is Accessories-it opens up all kinds of stuff-go down to System Tools and you see Defrag and Disk Cleanup. Run Defrag to stack files and its up to you if you want to do disk clean,it gives you the programs you can delete if you want. Then when you get ready run anti-spy and drop out the cookies. If you have any large system backup files saved, they'll slow you down a lot. Its better to save them to disk and then delete them.

Yes good day. This is normally caused by yur Antivirus scanner. Why i say antivirus cause all antiviruses have a "on access scanning" method meaning it scan yur files slowly in the background, scans when u click on something and as the file is downloaded. Advice is when u about to install something, disable yur antivirus for that time being and when u finish installing, u can enable the antivirus. Laterz.

you buy stuff to clean up the virouses, such as spy sweeper and stuff on your computer. Also there is a browser that is much faster than IE. Why don't you try Mozilla Firefox? It's much faster. You can go here to download it http://www.mozilla.com/
