I started rolling my own from cans of Bugler tobacco that I'd steal from my parents' grocery store when I was only nine. I then graduated to stealing packs of Newports and Virginia Slims.
When I became able to buy my own, I first smoked Marlboro Lights, then I switched over to Marlboro reds. I still smoke them on occasion, but I usually get my cigarettes at the Indian Reservation in a neighboring state. For a buck a pack, I'll smoke them. It took some switching brands, but I finally found one I like.
I've smoked for 35 years, and I'm having an awful time trying to quit. I haven't smoked a cigarette in my house for over 20 years though, ever since my oldest son was born. I choose to smoke, my kids don't. So, even on windy, snowy days like today, you'll find me standing outside my door, cigarette in hand.
Obviously, I am not smoking right now.

I smoke Camel lights. I used to smoke Marlboro reds, but I changed. Sometimes I like the colored Sobranies, and also love French ciggies like Gitanes and Gauloises. Right now I'm smoking Camel lights.
