That was an awful answer. Antifreeze is so poisonous to the cats. That stupid person sucks. I would tell Miss pet abuser to take a long walk off of a short bridge and hang on, while I call the ASPCA on her for what is considered a crime. You got to remember Sweetie, people post stupid *** answers and they are usually bored children who infiltrate this site with no parental guidance and they are just incredibly stupid. Some stupid idiot asked if at 5'3 and 91 pounds if she was fat???? I tore her a new one and really don't care anymore what folks think of my answers. I don't go out of my way to be cruel and say nasty things like some do on this site, which by the way is becoming unfun because of said idiots. I just come back with something equally as insulting to the offender because I don't care about schmoozing and being nice to those who have it coming. I liked your question and you are totally right. I wish the little juveniles would go have their milk and cookies and brain transplants and take a nap before they come on here and say stupid s h i t! You go girl!

cats wander wereevr they feel and your right shes allergic to cats right well you might as well not even bother to go outside then if your so worried about it since i'm sure those ladies cats aren't the onl cats in the neiborhood, for one thye are not going in here house they aren't climbing in her windows and last time i check the outside world is a pretty big area even if you come 20 feet of a cat if you allergies are bothering you just from that you should be onn serious medication, for 2 they aren't her cats to do anything about and someone can't help whos yard there cats walk acroos, i would tell the lady to take a chill pill and go see a doctor maybe he can give her medication for her overactive allergies right after eh prescribes something for her bitchiness, some people seem to forget they are not the only thing in this world that matters.

My My. So much cruelty so little time. First leave the lady alone with the brain cancer. If you have a good relationship with the brain cancer lady you might want to approach her about finding a loving home for her sweethearts.
The allergic lady needs to be reminded that while allergies are uncomfortable and a pain in the butt, it is nothing compared to brain cancer. (my wish for her is that when (not if) she become close to death she gets the same level of compassion she has shown the brain cancer lady.
Finally, the person who suggested the anti-freeze......drink it yourself asshole and make the world a better place.

if she did give the cats antifreeze she could be charged.. but it would have to be proven she left it out intentionally to kill the cats...
that said in most cities it is up to the owner of the cats to contain the cats on their property... many people let their cats roam and dont realize that this is pissing their neighbours off.. it is not uncommon for people to pick up offending cats and "get rid of them" soooo cat owners need to be responsible - either keeping their cats indoors only or building a cat run or fencing their yard so the cats cannot get out of it...

the person who answered like that is a jerk.. probably a cat hater...
the lady is dopey too since a cat wandering through her yard isnt enough to upset her allergies - she is just making reasons for not wanting them BUT she is legally allowed to pick up and remove any cats from her yard and take them to the SPCA or pound and really thats what she should do

Yeah, I saw that too. The antifreeze person is a piece of sh*t but all you can do is report them. I'd hate to think who else may read that answer and get the idea to start doing that for fun or something. I have no sense of humor about animal abuse.

There are a couple of issues there. One is whether cancer patients deserve special social treatment. The other is whether the animal cruelty is justified.

Animal cruelty is NEVER justified, and should be reported as a crime. As far as the cancer patient goes, the natural human tendency is to cut them some slack, but that doesn't mean they aren't somehow being an a--hole, either. I would treat them the same way I treat other people: with respect until they prove they don't deserve it.

They said to give the cats ANTIFREEZE? I would call the local authorites and report them - antifreeze would kill the animal and as far as I am concerned there is nothing that would warrant that action.

that's a completely disgusting thing to say. of course the antifreeze will kill the animals its given to.
there are human ways to prevent cats coming into her garden.
cats don't like anything citrus so by placing alot of orange peel in the garden will put cats off from entering.
you can also buy citronella (citrus solution) from the drug store/chemist to place in the garden. its completely safe and will deter cats from coming into the garden. (also smells nice to us!)

some people are not cat fans--there are those who think the only good cat is a flat cat. there will be folks like that--whatever their reason for disliking cats causes these people to lash out at things they are unable to tolerate.
some folks do not like dogs or kids on their lawns--they even use bb guns to kep animals odd their lawns.
just chalk it up to nasty human nature and keep going. some people are not able to overcome their huge selfishness and bitterness to be able to coexist with others--animals or people--do not let it take time out of your day worrying about them.
what they givr out they shall receive in return.
aren't you glad you are not her???

There are a lot of people here that write stuff to get others upset. Just flag that idiot and move on to a more reasonable answer.
