ho do you clean up unwanted files on a pc?

I ran norton on my pc b/it was running solw. I saw some unwanted files my son have on my pc and I want this garbage OFF!!!

what kind of files?

for program files, select my computer then add or remove programs, then select the program you want to remove.
for simple files, just select and press delete. then empty your recycle bin.or you can use a program like Regseeker to clean your registry if that's your problem. but you should be familiar with the windows registry before you do this or ask someone who is for help or your pc might crash.

Do a search on the files

Right click on the file and then left click on delete. Download and run a regcleaner. I use RegScrubXP. If you have xp as well you can download it from http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=2048

i actually discovered this one getting sized at victorias secret. Wash em in the bathe with fabrics softener as quickly as each week or another week. Works fantastic and that they dont get wiped out
