really depends, gutzundheit is acceptable because it has no religious connotations. you ok? might also work

However many of us grew up amoungst religious people and some habits are hard to break, especially those of us that have been using semi-religious curses for a while now. So while politically we probably sohuldn't be saying it, we still do. Doesn't mean anything. I mean, feminists who forget to say Goddess or didn't pick up the "fe-mail" from the letterbox doesn't make them less feminist, it's just conditioning.

why would you say anything?. Its a sneeze that's all, not some magical manifestation sent by god to remind you that he can make you die at a moments notice which is how "bless you" got started in the first place. Now its just tradition like everything else Christians do, it has nothing to do with reality or actual fact. If your interpersonal thoughts were as loud or visible as a sneeze, what would ppl say? That's the real question.

You can still say "bless you" - because that doesn't invoke God to bless.

I guess you can't say "God Bless You."
