If you are chasing cash by gambling you will always be a loser. All gambling against the house has a built in house edge. You could win in the short term, but the more you play the more you are going to lose. It's simply a mathematical fact.

The only form of gambling where it is possible to win consistently is poker, because the house does not have an interest in who wins or who loses. But it takes years to become very good at that. During those learning years you will likely lose. Even great players go broke, so it is certainly not guaranteed.

Gambling should be for fun and entertainment. The moment you start to kid yourself that you can beat the system, or win back what you have lost you are on a dark and dangerous path with nothing but bad things at the end of it.

Just take a look at the link. It's a picture of Vegas. Do you really think all that could have been constructed, if it were so easy to win? All that you see in that picture was built on the money from losers.

I guess there is no easy answer , other than to stop altogether and you have to commit yourself to this goal , otherwise you end up broke ! I was in the same situation but had not reached the level of using money needed for bills , but blew through I figure atleast $10,000.00 over a couple years and had there not been some wins of a few thousand here and there that loss would have been much higher. You just have to realize that like me you lose control and always think your going to recover loses. It's not going to happw ! Even as I post this I want to go to the track but I resist the urge and remember what I lost and the money that has accumulated in my account because I stopped blowing it gambling and this keeps me away.

Gambling can potentially cost you everything , including your life. As i'm sure you already know, gambling consists of taking risks against odds that are always unfavourable to you. In the long run gambling is like opening the window and throwing cash out.
Try and get some help....your life will be better for it.

Definitely a big time loser! And I'm not refering to the dehumanizing term of a loser. I'm saying, if you don't quit gambling, you certainly are going to lose even more money! So you'd really be a big time loser! You must remember that there's never such thing as quick money. Money always comes the hard way.

Having a problem doesn't make you a loser, it's the not fixing it that hurts you. I would recommend a rehabilitation program. It's definitely worth it.
