I am overnighting some perishable food. Do I need to pack it in dry ice or can I just put it in a styrofoam container packed in ice in a cooler????

Or is there a better way to send perishable food???

It depends what you are sending. I make cakes and send regularly. If something needs cold use dry ice.

best bet would be to ask the shipper (mailboxes usa are great at telling you the best way to pack and ship different items)
