There are different types of breast-cancer. If you get breast cancer at a relative young age, you are more likely to get the more aggressive kind that spreads faster. It is also true however that the younger you are, the more often your cells reproduce themselves, and therefore a tumour will grow quicker. Detecting breast cancer in younger women can also be more difficult due to the density of the breast.
But you should also remember that the medical sciences are getting further every day, and more and more people survive this decease.

I agree with your opinion to some extent only and not fully. It is not correct that younger people are prone to faster spreading of the disease and on the other hand older people it is slow because of weaker cells. It has not relevance to the strength of the cells. It all depends on the general health of the patient and the Grade and Stage of the disease and the treatments viz. Surgery, Chemotherapy and Radiation therapy given and the response from the patient.

Cancer is a killer disease always and based on the above, the recurrence or spreading after cure may be late or fast. When once it is detected the patient should be in touch with the oncologist regularly and have treatments to fight the disease as -CANCER IS STILL AN ENIGMA-

Unfortunately young women (women 50 and younger) have more estrogen in their bodies then older women.

Some breast cancers feed on estrogen or progesterone and it can make cancers spread faster.

If you are young and you get breast cancer, and we catch this cancer at a early stage then you should live a long and healthy
life.

So the answer is it doesn't matter how young you are but did we catch it at an early stage.

I don't know for sure, but I agree that if you are younger your body is stronger and can fight the disease. It also depends on the stage of cancer that you have and how much it has spread in your body.
