You know what? This really shouldn't be your problem. You say that you are 10-13------I assume that means age, and that he is 8. Do your parents treat you like an unpaid servant girl all year long or just at Christmas time. You don't say how old your brothers are, but I'm assuming they're about your age anyway. Your family is being totally unfair to you if you have described the situation as it really is.
Sadly, I do not have advice to give you, unless you can turn to another adult who has some sense.

If you do get stuck with this chore, just remember that life isn't always fair but that someday, somehow, what goes around comes around.

Maybe he could be kept happily busy for a while by playing with some of your brothers' things. That would be a good way to not only keep him busy, but also to send a little message to your family.

An 8 year old does not need to be entertained. He is old enough to know what he likes to do to keep busy.

Gadgets are great for this age, they like to know how thinks work and are put together. Get model cars to put together or a lego set that he likes. A good movie like CArs, Ant Bully and Over the Hedge are all winners.
Flashlights, nerf guns, computer games also playstation type games.
Good Luck!

Gameboy
X-Box
Play Station
and lots and lots of games. That will keep any kid with a short attention span busy.
