Depression is a very strange thing one minute as u said Ur happy and every thing seems OK then the next Ur down and the worse thing is when people ask u what is wrong and you can't give them an answer and it's make u feel even worse..I've suffered with depression for years and I'm quite a bubbly person but when I'm down i just want people to leave me alone,,the depression only usely last a day or two,,try and see Ur GP to see if they can prescribe some thing for u..good luck and do try to keep smiling.

Don't focus on the depression, focus on the happiness. The minute you start thinking about being depressed or depressing things your happy mood is going to fly right out the door...the mind is an amazing thing. So, think happy thoughts.

Yes, I feel that way a lot. I usually don't get too happy, though. It's more like mild depression versus severe suicidal depression. Keep pushing forward!

I know how you feel. I started taking Zoloft in Sept for Post-partum depression after the loss of our bay girl in Aug and the closer we get to the time we set for trying again the more I am scared about trying. I feel like I need to have a stronger dose sometimes and sometimes I am fine.

Yes, sometimes, but try to use the happiness and strength that you feel right now to pull yourself out of depression when you fall into it.

you should be happy. because not every time you are happy something happens like your aunt dies, or you mom is trying to attack you because she thinks you're the reason dad left, or your boyfriend hits you because you only lost 10 pounds in a week and you only weigh 110. be happy.
