As a parent everything my child does is my business. As far as being annoying I would rather be a annoying parent then one that doesn't care.

IF being annoying means I go to talk to the teachers and I check the homework, and stick to a curfew, etc...then YES...I'm one of THOSE parents that cares TOO much about my child!!

Being a parent means caring!!!

Sorry, bucko. Until you are 18 or until you move out, EVERYTHING you do is of concern to your parents. If a parent is overly concerned about a child, my first question is always what did that child due to arouse that concern.

I have twins; one I trust, the other not, and it is very hard to not play favorites. You just have to try.

But I know that I should take no chances with my daughter's health when she has a rash all over her legs and tummy!
