how do you train a pug?

i have a pug and he is a little crazy does anyone know how to train him??????

We have a 4 month old pug. He is pretty easily trained...AS LONG AS YOU HAVE FOOD IN YOUR HAND! LOL! Also, you have to have a lot of patience at first. If you are talking about house-breaking, that's easy, but if you are talking about tricks..Just every time you want him to do the trick hold a treat with 2 fingers above his head level and with the other hand show him what you want him to do, like hold up your hand and say "high five" then slap his hand against yours..ours learned that trick in like a 3 days. It's easier though to start out with sit..hold the treat and say sit and press down gently on his butt til he sits then give treat. REPEAT,REPEAT,REPEAT til you are blue in the face. Teach to shake hands the same way as "high five" basically..just place his paw in your hand and shake it. GOOD LUCK!

Find a dog training class or get a book on dog training.

omg i luv pugs...I used to have one and I used food to trrain him. Go to the pet store and buy some tasty treats. Also ask an employee they are there to help you.
