I do them over medium heat in a dry skillet. It's really quick. Just keep an eye on them and turn them frequently.

* STEP 1: Make sure nuts are shelled and of uniform size.
* STEP 2: Spread nuts in a single layer on a baking pan (one with walls is best) for toasting in the oven. Cook at 400 degrees F for 7 to 10 minutes or until the nuts start to turn golden. Shake the pan halfway through toasting.
* STEP 3: Place nuts in a single layer for toasting in a skillet. With the skillet over medium-high heat, stir or shake the nuts continually for 5 to 7 minutes or until they start to turn golden.
* STEP 4: Remove them from the cooking pan as soon as they're done.

put them in a hot dry frying pan and on a medium heat gently toast them, but keep an eye on them as some nuts toast quicker than others. if they go and pop they are overdone. you can also flavour them by roasting them gently in oil with herbs or various seasonings

In the oven.
Cookie sheet, spread in one layer. Oven about 350-375.
Watch them, it doesn't take long and remember to shake them every once in awhile.
some people use the fry pan, but I think the oven toasts them evenly. They will smell wonderful! then you know they're ready.

Since this isn't in the joke section, i'm going to treat your question as if it is. Cheers!
They were discovered by a chef in a cheap hotel. His apprentice put peanuts in the oven instead of veal cuts. With no meat ready to serve, the chef went ballisic. He cleaved a new underwear size into his crotch. He then gave the poor boy the sack but threw his bollcks into the oven
He served his balls to the customers, and called it a nut-cutlet . The apprentice now models camel toes for the labially challenged.

Since this is not posted in the jokes section I am assuming it is really a cooking question.
You just spread them out on a cookie sheet and put them in an oven at about 350F. Shake the pan periodically so they don't stick and take them out when they smell done.
