Oh, you have balls...
The fact is with religious text is that none of us were there when they were being written on the page.
However, I do believe that 90-96% of the bible is accurate and historically accurate TO A POINT. We have to remember that when the King James version was being written down alot of things were put in or rewritten to justify some of James' laws and orders.
We also have to consider the Book of Kells, which does state that there is no such law against witchcraft or other religions. That being said, It is also the oldest written Bible to be found in Europe.
Now pertaining to the idea that the Bible is false:
I blame the followers and the holy men. The followers are almost ... I need to use the word appropriatly so give me a sec... Nazi-like. If you look back to how Germans followed Hitler's "Mien Kampf", there are many scary traits that both have in them.
Yesterday's Christian was understanding and willing to let someone have thier own opinion without telling them how wrong they are. Today's Christian is very intolerant and at times almost zealot-like in thier faith.
I think people are scared, and by turning to the Bible, they found a crutch. Now, some people turn to the Bible, and really do get great things out of finding faith. But religion in the Western portion of the world (with the exclusion of Judea) seem to view religion as the only word that matters.
Look at it this way(I hope this makes it all make sense): If I give a person who is very centered and very level-headed a knife and say "Do what you will with it", they will chop mushrooms or use it to make food. If you give it to some who is not very stable or think thier live is not what it should be, that person becomes dangerous. They could kill people or themselves with that knife.
So in a way, the Bible is like a knife: you can do good things with it, or you can do bad things with it. It all depends who is holding it.

You should pick up a copy of "Mere Christianity" by C.S. Lewis. He was an agnostic who set out to prove that the Bible was false and Christianity was a hoax... and wound up believing in the very thing he set out to disprove.
It's one thing to make the kinds of statement you just made, it's another to actually do a little research to back up your statements.
This article (below) has some good information about how the Bible is upheld by science (as opposed to the opposite), if you are interested in doing some research. The website (www.answersingenesis.org) is a very good resource for this type of information - it presents both sides of the argument and shows clearly how the conclusions are reached. Here's a quote from the article:
"The Bible is true no matter what men say. The burden of proof rests on the scoffers. If you look down through history, the scoffers have a 100% average — of being wrong! Given enough time, any report that appears to undermine the Bible will itself be undermined by later reports!"

Can you PROVE That the Bible is False?
There is Scientific evidence in the form archaeology that prove that things occurred in the bible.
The British Library has roman manuscripts that state that Jesus was a man and that he lived, died & rose back to life.
The Great flood has now been proven as a fact.
After the ice age the area that we know as the Mediterranean sea used to be a deep valley in which people lived. After the ice age the water level rose, breaking through what we know as the Straights of Gibraltar, flooding the area, and I do not know if you saw the press in the late 1980's that an archaeologist found Noah's arch on the borders of Turkey & Iran within 7 miles of where the bible said it would be!
Also saying that virtually every nation on Earth has that story, even the cultures & religions that do not believe in the 1 God or the Christian Bible.
Any way I leave you with this web link: it is totally up to you what you believe:http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=50857
Bye Bye Friend.

Maybe you don't know as much of the Bible as you think. There are historians and other professionals that would disagree with your evaluation.
Popular criticism may focus on the Genesis account of Creation. But once you realize that there are more than a dozen creation accounts in the Bible and they are describing in pre-scientifiic language what happened.
The Bible contains many different types of literature and each type must be understood according to its rules. Apocalyptic literature is different from a history. Apply the wrong rules and you will miss the poiint of the literature. For example, if the text says "God owns the cattle on a thousand hills'" one should understand the Hebrew custom of using 1,000 as meaning "all" or "all there is."

A personal delusion when shared by others in a community becomes a cultural illusion, IE religion.
Christian Faith suspends reason and logic over the importance of grace.
But all holy books are false, as they are written by the mortal hand of men, their only true if they do not lay claim to the impossible, and are nothing more than guidelines or teachings.

Why do you worry so much what Christians think? If you think The Bible is false, you're free to do so, allow others a little freedom of choice too. I won't bother to try to defend The Bible, I'd rather defend a Lion.

When i got saved i felt the power of God go from resting on my solders, move into the middle of my body, and spread througout my body, he took over my body and spoke a language that i do not know. He then caused me to run, jump ofer a line of chairs and do a lap around part of the church. All of this happoned as i gave up control to him. the fealing of this was amazing. i cannot describe the way God made me feel.
the bible lines up with the history of the world, the things that it predicts are coming true.
I know what the bible says is real.

Nope I don't think so.... Yes a small fraction of it, it is...but majority nope...
How can it be 100% true? I mean the whole of the bible? Read on
"Sorry if the following answer offends you, in anyway directly, or indirectly. I have nothing against Christians, I just want to lay down the truth infront of them. And again sorry"
I don't think there is anyone that has read the whole bible with full understanding to it, that's still a chrisitian.... because how can someone read the whole bible inside out and still be a chrisitian when it has many contradictions and lies? [sorry if your offended]
Apart from contradictions....what do you call these?

Its because of the concept of Redemption. They believe that Jusus sacrificed himself for all of their sins. An open license for commiting all kind of sins prevents them from even considering the possibility the bible may be wrong.
But I strongly suugest that you do not use offending wording like "malaise in their minds". You can never convince someone by offending them.

Because they have narrow minds and refuse to belief it could possibly be anything else. And yes George I can prove it isn't true (although some parts are) because I am in touch with higher beings who have told me so and, no, they are not demons, but spirits/souls which have passed into Heaven (spirit world). And, yes, I do believe in God and Jesus Christ and I work for them as a Spiritual Medium (I do it for free}. The Bible was written by men to empower and indoctrinate fellow men, by fear.
