There is a cheese sold by the website www.igourmet.com named Juustoleipa, which is from Finland. It has a sweet flavour and a brown crust, which has been caramelised. It is good with lingonberry jam. It has been recommended to dunk in coffee, but I do not drink coffee. This cheese is great by itself also.

processed cheese (like kraft singles) are not cooking cheeses but the taste really good on crackers.. mmm...
