I never use synsectic oil

Don't care about brand just make sure it's a half blend synthetic (full blends are a waste unless its really ( severe conditions). Go with what your vehicle calls for as far as s.a.e. weights or go with the pretty much universal 10W-40

Castrol, Quaker State, Penzoil, Valvoline, or any other brand that has the 5W20 grade that your LS requires.
