no its not.............its curel, immature and childish. not a good way to make new friends. could hurt someones feelings and then they would never be a friend because you couldn't trust that person. stay away, don't engage in conversation with them.

Its not right to make fun of someone before/after knowing them.
There is a very thin line in making/having fun. As long as the person involved is laughing at himself, you too can share a laugh else hold back.

It's generally a bad idea, but it seems to me that we have become such a sarcastic nation that making fun of people unduly is an easy temptation to fall into.
