Well,You are only supposed to eat 3 meals a day.
If you eat fast food you will gain weight BIG TIME,no matter how healthy.Expecially McDonalds.I ate there and I was very skinny but when I started eating there I gained almost 70 pounds. It's just not healthy. So here is what you do if you really want this--
Breakfast- Cereal or oatmeal. But only 1 serving.
Lunch- Skip lunch or eat a healthy granola bar.
Dinner- Salad.
Do not eat any junk food like chips or fast food.
For exersize- I recomend to go to your local gym and walk for 20 minuites every day.
Hope my advice helps!

Measure fat as a percentage of dietary intake. Fat should be less than 7 % for a healthy diet. Then take the number of calories that you need to maintain your weight as a calculation or as you measure from what you eat now. Reduce your intake of calories with 7% fat intake to a figure below the necessary intake to maintain your weight. Unless you have severe problems this should work. Check the fat in your food. Also count the calories in your drinks. At 610 a lot of your weight is fluid. Drink water, not flavored water either. Water.

Is money an issue? As for what is wrong, your metabolism isn't working very well and some of the reasons may be the weight you are carrying. If this is true, you are in need of care. There are ways to get better but it will take many adjustments. Sweetie, what do you eat for breakfast and may I ask what blood type are you?

I would stay away from fast food restaurants. Cooking your own food is more healthy. Drink lots of water and walk about 30 minutes every day to start. Good luck :)
