I hate to say it, because I hate this answer too. I have tried every diet out there and it sucks to say, but the only thing that really works is to eat less and exercise more. Eating less does not necessarily mean eating less food, it may very well just mean eating less fat or less carbs (be careful of the trade-off of more sodium, which will cause water retention/bloating), but certainly exercise more means exercise more.

This may sound like I have found success in this program, I cannot say that as I am still very much overweight, but the few times I have actually stuck to a program I was very successful and it took a long time to gain it back. The best program for me was Body for Life. I stuck to it for about 6 months, I lost over 60 lbs and it took me almost 2 years to gain it back after I stopped exercising.

Fit for Life is a great book and I've used their theory for years and had success. Diet pills and products never work for long term.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Hi, i don't know if you've heard of it but i've been using pu'erh tea...its a chinese tea that detoxes you, you drink it 3 times a day and it flushes the fat found in food out of your body. Amazing stuff, i love it! And it's not dodgey either, completely healthy and good for you. :)
