where can I get the seed ot tree of sumatra or malaysian draco palm tree?

Really, your best bet for growing this tree (a Dragon Tree) is to get a cutting from someone who already has a healthy one. then you can get it to root (using moss or a hormone) and plant it. I've known some who get a cutting and just stick it in the dirt and it will root from there (you have to keep it fed and watered!).

its not a palm, its a draceana. "Dracaena draco" Its not from Malaysia either but from the Canary islands.

Grow it from a cutting. they are very slow to grow so buying one might be a bit faster. They sell them at most plant nurseries, not the cheapest plant but the cost comes in with the slow growth
