spots on bottom of feet and on hands?

my 5 year old daughter has come out in spots on the bottom of her feet and hands and back of legs does anyone know what this might be

Could be anything from a food allergy, to a yeast outbreak (candida albicans), to chicken pox or measles. A trip to the doctor sounds in order.

it could be the cocsackie virus, does she have them in her mouth too? It is the hand, foot and mouth virus. Has she had a fever? This is something you just have to wait out.
