To improve your speaking watch English speaking TV programs. To improve your grammar, buy a good grammar book specifically printed for non English speakers. For essay writing, best book out there is "Elements of Style" by Strunk and White. You just need to practice. The more you practice the quicker you will learn. The fastest way of course is to practice for hours every day.

You can get a book on the topic. (Fast, but maybe not the clearest solution.
Watch "My Fair Lady."
Or find a tutor (I recommend this. Tutors allow for special attention thereby speeding up the learning process.)
English is a hard language to master. You'd deserve a Nobel Prize if you learned it quickly.

Actually, reading books can help all of this! Also, check out about.com, they may have some useful stuff in the education section. Depending on your level of education, practice tests for the SATs may help as well. To help improve your speaking, try recording yourself and listening to it. Hearing yourself speak will help you become more conscious of your errors.
