I'm interested in working there after I graduate, I know they pay well, but they never give any numbers in any of their job descriptions. I'd prefer answers from people who have direct knowledge and not people who are just guessing or telling me what engineers make in general, thanks.

The salary range for any engineer is dependent on experience and accomplishments, and degree of "self-promotion".

I expect to higher new grads at about $48K and I range up to the low $80's for an experienced, licensed engineer.

The ones who make more not only engineer, but also manage and help me with client relations. They are wise enough to be on a bonus system I offer, where they are under market on base pay, but participate in an annual bonus pool.

I have a couple of guys that make in excess of $125k by doing this.

The salary/remuneration for a particular job is the market value for a particular profession and designation at the city/town where the office is located. Job postings at websites like Monster, Yahoo HotJobs and Careerbuilder carry information about salaries. The Govt Dept of Labor, (www.bls.gov) Bureau of statistics has information about median salaries for different professions and details of additional compensation offered. Other online resources are salary.com and payscale. Your salary will also depend on your educational qualification and how you handle your career.
