Fireball2--Still whistling past the grave yard?
Can't you comprehend that one can be a fine MORAL person w/o thinking like a child, and expecting to be rewarded for closing your mind to obvious truths?

Texas tea---"God is not the author of fear"?
You're very selective about what you think God invented.
Don't you see that you're trying to "stack the deck" in order to keep blinding your faith?--a faith which could only be brought about by fear.

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

Satan is the father of evil and as a Christian, we don't fear death. God is not the author of fear, 2 Timothy 1:7.

Mad you're ideal relating to the anti-god element in the Torah (the 4 books of Moses) neither is there this form of element in the others and the devil character in activity is considered as shifting with God's orders. To be uncomplicated its all esoteric allegories. there's a clarification why there is not any longer a obtrusive devil character in the Torah. lol.... it quite is obtrusive quite. even however the scriptures are all allegories and the OT God is in itself an allegory, a characteristic of rules that are had to go issues to its of entirety, in case you observe in John the allegorical Jesus calls the God of the Jews the devil. it quite isn't any longer pertaining to literal Jews, yet a physique of techniques it relatively is outward, subjecting non secular issues to the flesh, so it serves the God of this worldwide. The Gnostics styled this as a results of fact the Demiurge or Samael, the fake God.

When will you take responsiblity for what you do in life that is a result of your following satan and not God? It is satan and man who follows satan who is responsible for all the bad that happens in this world, and your not accepting that does not change the fact that it is the truth.
Matthew 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

Your answer is yes. Christians have a built in scape goat for ignoring the connection to God. Something goes wrong, satan did it. Placing responsibility where it belongs is like looking in the mirror. Your the only one who can fix what has been broken.

Mans wisdom says you can't blame anyone for anything. But then mans
wisdom puts the weight of the world on you. Like nobody does anything to
you. You let them do it to you!
Satan is a paradox. A way out. Someone to blame.
But once one matures past that stage, one realizes we are responsible for our own actions.

Human beings are the cause of suffering, pain and delusions.
Either we are so afraid of ceasing to exist that we have to create stupidity of religous fiction. Or we really are slaves to a evil god who has the power to save us all but chooses not to for some great plan that only he knows about!
