Festivus is traditionally (I use that word loosely) on Dec. 23. On the Wiki page, read down to the section titled "Etymology and origin".

If you live in St. Louis, you are in the right place for the biggest Festivus celebration.

Festivus was a made up holiday on the deplorably bad show called "seinfeld".
And some people really did think it was real. Brainless dolts.
