i dont think it represents a true desire of yours to do harm,,, it might represent a confict with a loved one, or even fear of them being harmed,,, or it might not have anything to do with them,,, but represents something else,,,,or it could just be something your mind made up,,,,,that has no meaning at all
ps: i think dreams are very hard to interpret, as what means or represents something to one person, wouldnt to another,,,,

If it fills you with dread, it reflects your deepest fears.

You are afraid you could harm others you love but you would never do so. You are afraid of losing control. Probably you are a very logical person, who can't quite understand why you care deeplty these people but thats part of you make up.

You need some time alone not doing much. Probably life is too busy and you've been listening to the wrong people on occasion.

Trust yourself. Its o.k.

Cheers.

That you are probably having a low blood sugar episode during the night, and this is the most vivid image your brain can throw at you to get you to get up and move (usually to the bathroom). Nightmares can cause involuntary muscle response (exercise) that helps release blood sugar from storage (liver). If this happens too frequently for your comfort, then eat a high protein, moderate carb, small snack before bedtime.

Depends on how you felt after you "killed" them. I had such a dream where I got angry and did that to my pet bird without meaning to...felt like **** all of next day. All I can say is it's made me better at controlling my temper so that such a thing NEVER happens.
