Just for a wee change, try Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.
Great shopping, really friendly polite people, great rate of exchange, hot climate, great and very inexpensive "street" food (if you like curry, proper Chinese, sambal, satay....:)), 24-hour boozing, teriffic clubbing, need I say more?

Where do you come from ,if it is the UK i would go abroad but not to anywhere with the euro.USA or Australia -absolutely incredible exchange rate and loads to do and see,although the flying time is the down side.

i always stay here, we go to north Devon twice a year, and Scotland once, there are so many lovely places in this country. i cant see the point in going abroad just to get waisted? can do that at home anytime

For the sun u can't beat abroad, but often the entertainment is much better at home.

personnally, i love stayin here. my family friends are here and i pretty much know my way around so i always know what to do according to my mood. also u dont have to worry about savin up and getting packed. its quite stressful. but its always good to go away and relax once in a while.
