Not quite as bad as the butchers in Wales who were selling 'Dragon Sausages' and were made to put a lable on the packets by the local Council stating 'No Dragon used in this product'...................... what on earth has the world come to......

"It just didn't taste avocadoey," said Brenda Lifsey
Avocadoey? What an unintelligent human being this Brenda Lifsey is. Three cheers for the journalist that came up with a good way to spell her made up word though!
If more lawsuits like this continue to be supported by our continually-less-credible legal system I'm afraid that someone will someday be able to sue me on the pretense that they are stupid -- and win.
We have a lot to fear from the ignorant people that file these suits. But we have more to fear from the judges that hear and sometimes, defying reason, reward these mentally-challenged people, setting dangerous precidents.
And people think the war in Iraq is our biggest problem? It's just a small example of how far this stupidity can take us. Expect a lot more in the future!

i have not heard about this yet, but i think it sounds crazy. if she wants authentic, go to a mexican establishment for her craving of the green stuff, or make it herself in her own kitchen. I support KRAFT FOODS, and love all the products they market today.
some people have nothing better to do with their lives, other than to sit around and plot their targets and all the victims. people want to figure out how to scam and make a quick mill $ without having to get up and perform the daily grind, like most of us have to do. those people are low life. this woman needs to buy her own avacodoes and make the stuff herself and leave KRAFT out of it. she is just trying to get her easy money, and i hope she get's nothing out of it.

I guess the plaintiff is left defining authentic, and seeing if a jury agrees that her definition can be applied to Kraft's products.

I think it's a shame, the only people who gain in these situations are the lawyers.

Heard about it this morning. In my opinion, if she doesn't like it, then DON'T EAT IT. If I was on a jury, I wouldn't award her a single penny. It's absurd!!
