I'm sure you've taken an appointment at the vet's by now.
I hope they don't keep you waiting too long.
Your poor dog must be in agony when he needs to wee. I wouldn't be surprised if he was holding it back for fear of the burning pains...
If he was mine, I would encourage him to sit (or even paddle) in a large tub of luke warm water; if he wees in there, the water will instantly dissolve the urine, so it won't hurt so much. I know it sounds a bit of a job as you'll have to clean him after, but it's really your dog's comfort that matters...

Female your dog is in season-same as humans having a period, BUT this is when they mate, so if you don't want pups keep a close watch on her and keep other dogs away, then ring the vets to have her neutered, (there are too many unwanted dogs)
If male dog take him to the vets immediately.
Good luck

Your dog sounds like it is in heat. If it is a male than I would suggest bringing it to the vet.

It may be just a cut/graze
it may be very minor, it may be very serious.
if it was my dog, I would get the opinion of a vet.
please take him ASAP

if it is a she, she is "in Heat" ready for sex. She will have this for a few days and be horney and testy and moody. She will be fine no vet needed, they sell pads for her to keep the blood from getting all over the place.

Well now you tell us............
