They are all complete sentences in English---- what are you talking about??

The three sentences are correct in Spanish but in the first one there are two and, which it's no wrong but it's better looking for another way ( separated by comma without and ) or another linking word. For instance. My friends and I study in the library every Tuesday that is great = Mis amigos y yo estudiamos en la biblioteca cada Martes lo cuál es fantástico.
1) Mis amigos y yo estudiamos en la biblioteca cada Martes y es fantástico.
2) Es fantástico estudiar con mis amigos en la biblioteca cada Martes.
3) Es fantástico estudiar en la biblioteca cada Martes con mis amigos.

It is great to study with my friends in the libarary every tuesday.
For me fantástico means fantastic.
I believe that grandioso would be more appropriate

They are all correct, you just have to choose the one that stresses more what you mean.
The first one stresses the fact that your friends make the experience great. The last two stress the fact that studying every tuesday is great
