Because Hez has always made the first attack and continue to blow up civilians by blowing up busses etc, and always have. Israel only responds to attacks. Their citizens are getting killed. How would you like to be scared to go to a store, or ride the bus. Bring Hez to our country, and that will happen.

Hezbollah is an internationally recognized (except by a few extremist nations) terrorist organization and Israel is an internationally recognized (except by a few extremist nations)sovereign country. The fact that Hezbollah has a political wing makes it no more legitimate than the IRA (which had Sinn Fein) or the Baader Meinhoff gang.

Israel is a country with a right to defend itself. Hezbollah is a terrorist puppet organization controlled by Iran with the sole purpose of attacking and killing Israelis...even if that means using civilians - especially women and children - as shields and screaming "massacre" when an Israeli attack aimed at a Hezbollah rocket battery hidden in a school kills the people inside. Israel should not have caved to international pressure and wiped Hezbollah off the face of the Earth.

This is one of the many propaganda points used to slant stories. Hezbollah shouldn't comply on principle, anymore than Israel would if the positions were reversed. However, if all Arabs who are close to Israel were to do that, and welcome Israel to region, the reaction of the world to that action would be one of international support, aid, trade, tourism and loads of good will. That act would be a moral and spiritual victory, which would so turn the tables on Israel, she would have to stop all military action and return all the occupied territories and other land confiscated from Palestinians. The world would demand it. Israel would have no option but to comply. It would be a great victory for the Muslim world and religion.

Because anybody who doesn't agree with the current policy of the US of A is a terrorist group, even if they won a democtratic election by popular vote, just like in the US of A, and anybody who agrees with the current policy of the US of A, is an established country.
