There are some tests to check Honey either it is pure or adulterant.
1) Put some drop of honey in water if it doesn't dissolve and remain as such it is pure.
2) If you put a live fly in Honey it will come out if honey is pure.
3) Dog never eat pure honey.
4) If you put a drop of honey on flame it would not produce crackle sound if it is pure.
5) Pure honey become granulated in winter season.

I agree, don't know what you said. If you lived close to me, I would tell you how to get to a place that sells real, home collected honey. Grocery stores sell real honey. I don't think there is any artificial honey. Sorry. :) (if that is the kind of honey you are talking about)

It is real hard to find. If you lived near me I could get you some. During the summer there is a man at a lawnmower shop in Chariton, IA that sells it for $10 a quart. Since the bees are inactive now I doubt that he has any. If you email me I will give you the phone number of the shop and you can contact him yourself. He does not own the shop, he works there.
