I haven't been working out that much, but I leave to go into the Navy next week, I have been doing the sit-up, but I know I'm not in shape.

No, unless you load up on anabolic steroids (hormone supplements) and drink protein shakes...but of course the effects would not be that fast so I still say no...There's no way you will get in shape in a week. You should have prepared months ago, since you are anticipating such event. But continue working out, we'll never know how much muscle your budy could build up.

Not likely. It'll take an average of a month to start feeling major effects of exercising.

you can get way better if you do go to the gym a lot
