There are ülenty of websites that give free confectionery recipes, Like the BBC , but google it....
Anyway you can print out all the recipes you want to try and make your own recipe book.... And if you edit the size and style of Font you can print them out on A$ sheets, making it easier to use in the kitchen
Lets face it, When ever you buy a cook book, you only end up doing some of the recipes in it, the rest, Either don´t appeal to you, or require ingredients that are impossible to find in your local Tesco, or require too much work.

try www.amazon.com . I just put confectionery cook book in their search engine on the amazon home page and I got 2 pages of results./

Try Amazon.co.uk, if you search under 'confectionery' you get books on cake decorating etc., but if you put in 'sweets' you get chocolate, sweets and candies. Not sure which one you're after, but it's given me an idea, I might try that.

any shop selling stationary and books will have a cookery book covering confectionery

not sure what ebay has, but 'the good cook'.com is a great place to look. over the last few years i'vegotten all of my cookbooks from their site...they have everything from every good food show to international, vegitarian, to desserts to training books....

Go old school. go to a bookstore. They have tons of different cook books and bonus, you can read them before you buy!
