I work at a hotel. As for business people, obviously treat them with the upmost respect. courteously. Good service, remember how people used to say "The customer is always right."? Well the customer is definately not always right, BUT the customer IS always a guest. Therefore you just gotta put up with their crap and let it slide right off you. Unless of course they are verbally abusive, then u have the right to tell them to leave, although ive never had that problem with business people. As for family- cater to the children. When they checkin, give them coloring books or cookies or a cheap little toy like a plastic spider or something, that shows the parents that you care and shuts the kids up haha. As for foreign people, you just communicate the best that you can, most foreign people will adjust to your culture not the other way around since they are traveling here and not vica versa. Disabled person, help them out if they need it, treat them like any other person, with lots of respect and good service. Make sure you write down their disability in your log book just in case of emergency you can tell emergency personell that they need extra assistance. As for honeymooners, just go the extra mile, leave a handwritten note in their room with congrats on it or something. Send them a little goodie basket of like candy and stuff, nothing big. Good Luck!

Just agree to all there complaints and tell them they will be taken care of.
If you agree with them they will have nothing to argue over and feel there being taken care of.
But really don't do anything its not worth it.
If they come back and complain again blame someone else and tell them it will be taken care of.
There stay will be short and the problem solved
