Been there Dude !!!
Worse thing you can do is sit and think about it. Of course that is easy to say. The tendency is to wonder:
Why?
What's she doing?
Who is she with?
Who is (or will be) her next guy?
What could I have done different?
ON and On and On ...........
STAY BUSY!!!!
Keep your mind busy with other stuff or this will drive you crazy. Family - Friends are your support.
Of course there is a chance she could change her mind, but you can not dwell on that.
As time goes on, you become more and more resentful of her.
This is normal, but don't let it be long lasting. And don't ditz her to your friends and family. You don't want to say things that you will be sorry for later.
Don't jump right into another relationship. That doesn't mean 'not date'. But be careful, because your feelings (yeah, even guys have feelings) are vulnerable right now.
I could write a book - but let me tell you - the sun will come up in the morning. In time, this will be 'yesterday's news'.
Good luck - God bless.

I am so sorry to hear this, it sounds like you loved her more than she loved you. It is so hard trying to tell someone to forget someone that they loved, but here are some suggestions: Put away her pictures. If you all lived together repaint the place. What do you do with the memories in your hear? Take up a hobby, and if you feel like you need to, talk to a counselor. I hope this will help you, get out there and let people know you are available. You know the old saying what goes around comes around. She will pay someday for hurting you. Hang in there.

why did she leave ?was she made to leave like with family or a job ?if so then she just dont want to have a long distance relationship and you really cant blame her but if she left just out of the blue then maybe she meet some one else and she really just dont want to be in that relationship anymore.but anyway its really hard to handle a brokenheart.i think that you should stay busy and try not to be alone even if you dont want noone to bother you you really should hang out with friends that kinda helps to keep your mind off things DONT DRANK ALONE if you do you will only be really upset join a gym or find new friends and please dont go and try to find some new girl you will only judge her with your ex and that just hurts you both so just try and stay busy and be thankful you have a hugh heart to share with some one else one day good luck my dear

I'm sorry to hear about your loss, time will heal your heart. Try to get busy with a hobby or hanging out doing fun stuff with friends. Get on the Internet and meet some people to chat with. I wish you well.

to answer this question there is no way to just pick up and pretend as if you don't need her or love her. It will take time and alot. but you just need to rememeber how to be single again and try to think about her less and less each day, and maybe try seeing someone else.

Be happy in knowing she left you. That way you get to keep the friends, the local hangouts, so that every inch of them will remind you of her.

Only time your friends and family can help you. Wish there was more I can say to help. You will be in my prayers. Whatever you do; don't stay by your self. Let you friends help you.

I always think the problems we had which he didn't want to understand. so i hate him more and want to go far far away.
and you also lose the meaning of yourself trying to be with him.
