I usually eat pancakes with maple syrup. I heard your body need carbohidrates not salty foods although you crave them.

drinking a lot of water b4 you go to bed, taking a Tylenol at the same time. quit drinking an hour or so before you retire for the night. as far as the next morning..... good luck, lots of water or sports drinks. soda and caffeine drinks will only dehydrate you worse

Best thing I can tell is to eat meat or eggs. Water and go back to bed for a while if you can. Sleeping it off. Drinking a little more does help,but most the time it's later before I can.
Giving it time to come out of you body.

sugar always helps me i know they say no caffeine but if i drink a Pepsi or coke no diet it gets me started oh sorry did I quit drinking due to health well let's see it will be 9 years on 02/24/07 sometimes i forget oh the good old days of hang overs best thing is not to get them if you eat and drink a lot of water prior to drinking it helps a lot drink it moderation and remember NO drinking and driving enjoy but live to drink another day

Lots of Water!,Fruit is Great or Vitamin C Powder-dissolved in Water
No carbohydrates-Just Protein!
Dark Room ,Lots of rest!

Prevention is sometimes better than cure.. and I don't mean don't drink... Hell no!
A couple of vitamin B tablets before you drink, lots of water before you go to bed.
More vitamin B when you finally get up, a healthy breakfast and more sleep.

The best cure for a hangover is a healthy Strawberry-Banana protein shake or a Strawberry-Banana smoothie.

At the age of 31 I had my 1st hangover and hubby got me to drink another beer and within @ half-hour I was fine....Strange as it sounds it really worked...Good Luck and I am sympathtic with your pain...lol...til it goes away....FYI...its still my only hang over ever and Im 32 now but I swear by my remedy!!
