here unlimited download refers that , you won't be charged extra amount other than subscrition amount when you access internet . You can access internet any number of hours with your subscription amount/specific period.
you need to find your brandband connection speed to find out how many bytes you can download per minute
(Ex: 50KB,100KB,512 KB, 1MB or more). Based on your bradband connection speed your internet download/upload speed will be restricted. Contact your ISP to find your download/upload speed.

unlimited download means you can download updates, music, videos files and you wont get charged extra however some companies offer an unlimited download based on a fair usage policy.
Check with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for more information.

It means they set a higher limit on the amount of data that you can transfer in any given period. There are very few (if any) broadband providers that allow actual unlimited data transfer - "unlimited" simply means that the limit is set out in their "fair use" policy. It could be around 10Gb per month, which should be enough for you, but check their policies first.

You can view as much internet as you like and you can also download information and then also you can download and pay for some content.
unlimited download means view and download as much as you want from sites that offer free downloads but as earlier stated watch out for downloads that you pay for, If you have to pay for downloads, you will be asked for credit card details.
Hope this helps.
Cheers
