I am more excited about the vacation time Christmas brings me. I'm a teacher and get two weeks off every year at Christmas. I go up to see my parents and I enjoy that too.

oh yes definitely! christmas is such a big deal here...people have already been counting off and decorating ever since the -ber months started. heck we've been hearing christmas songs since early november, it's hard not to get the christmas spirit. can't wait for all the gifts, simpsons christmas specials, christmas movies on HBO, food and bonding!

Completely and unbearably!
It's only because I know what the kids are getting for christmas, and I know that they're going to bust something when they see what they've got! I think I have managed to get most of what they wanted without breaking my budget, and without them knowing. It can't come too soon!
