Server 2003, topology wired and wireless. now anyone can say me how can i control bandwitdh? for each person i mean 512 kbps download and 128 UPLOAD for eachperson its about 100 ppls in this network.... any good suggetion.. i know bandwitdh controler enterprice edition 1.7 anythiing rest?

Managing individual bandwidth must be done on the gateway. Bandwidth Controller will do that, but only if you are using a Windows box as your internet gateway. That's an unusual configuration unless you're using ISA Server.

All you need is a software which can control band witch.downloa d a free 14 day trial software. name is onspeed. it will give a id an password . just reinstall it after 14 days and then register again with a different email . install it and u will understand it automatically.download it from tech-buzz site.write tech buzz in google and then type onspeed in the search option of the tech-buzz homesite search option.for further info mail at rohit_31202yahoo.co.in,have a nice day.

You can always replace the gateway/router with one that supports traffic shaping such as m0n0wall or IPCop. they are free and run on most commercial off-the-shelf hardware. I use them at our office when we connect the business DSL to the router.

you can use a program called netlimiter :) install it on each computer and configure it to your desired settings. it works well
