Roads with worn areas small shallow trenches wider than your car will make the car wander around. The term is "Tram lining" Like the car is following rails. Second is loose suspension causing mis alignment of the front wheels. Toe in or toe out, out of spec can induce road wander. Try a flat smooth concrete highway and see if the suspension points straight.

The front suspension lower arms rear bushes will have split and will be giving excess play. It has the same effect of turning the wheels which gives you the problem you describe. New bushes will need to be fitted, it's fairly common. Whoever done the tracking should have checked them as it's pointless setting the car up when it's like that.

get the track rods ends checked , the goons that work in the tyre shops will fix your tracking ok but if the track rods are snapped they seem to forget to tell you so as soon as you drive away and hot a pothole its all over the place ,happened to me with two different cars and two different tyre shops ,if it is this they are usually pretty cheap and dont take long to fit by a proper mechanic then go back to the place where you got the tracking done and raise hell
another possibility is torque steer but thats only under very hard acceleration and i doubt a pug td is powerful enough for this to occur

they are common for the top strut mounts to go .
You say that they have done the tracking? when they jack it up tro do the tyres they might have disturbed the mountings. or check the track rod ends and lower arm (rear p) bushes they commonly go to.
hope it helps

Your car is trying to kill itself. I suggest you burn it then drape the new French flag (white stripes on a white backgroung) over the carcass.
