Yes of course, You need the software (you can can get the software free off the internet) and you'll also need a printer that can print them (some don't). Just make sure you don't breach any copyright laws on images, too risky.

Yes, just use use nero . And just go to "create covers and level" option.Then open folder in computer and select the image, and print it after any modification or not.But if you want print directly on media,
then then you require such printer and just follow the previous steps.

sure ... just save any images you find (.jpg is usually the best way to go) then paste them into the application you use to create your DVD covers

If your software supports it... yes... if not.... get another program to do it. I recommend SureThing CD Labeler. It supports nearly all prefabricated labels.
