Use organic soap. It's a little more expensive, but it doesn't contain any of the chemicals that make you break out. Also wash your hair before the rest of your body so that you will be washing the shampoo residue off. Shampoo will make you break out if it doesn't get washed off.

Have you considered not using soap at all on your face? As a teenager this trick was recommended to me, and it worked a treat. The skin on the face can be sensitive to imbalances in its PH level. Soap can alter this delicate balance. Simply washing my face with water alone has served me well for 15 years.

Many companies will try and sell you different soap or treatments that attempt to correct that balance. I suggest you simply don't use soap. Women might find this suggestion impossible, as they need to use soap to remove make up.

Stop using soap use bath and moisturises with no soap , you will see a difference

Try using soap that's fragrance free. My husband has to use one called "Basic". You can get it at most any store.

don't use soap it dries out your skin use a special cleanser

yes,just don't worry about breaking out,it will go away in a month tops.
