While most men fantasize about a threesome, many have problems performing when actually put in that position the first time
Make sure she understands you want to do it at least twice to know if you like it!

You're going to get allot of people's opinions here, but not allot of real information. Asking non-swingers about swinging is like asking someon who has never skydived about skydiving. All your going to get is their opinion on it, not real information about how to do it.
If done right, for the right reasons, it will not only NOT harm your marriage but will more than likely bring you closer together. As was once said:
"Swinging won't fix a bad relationship, but is sure as heck won't hurt a good one."
Now, when I say "done for the right reasons" I am referring to is as something you are doing FOR THE COUPLE, not just for one person in it. It has to be both person's fantasy and nobody is being coerced, manipulated, or "talked into it". Threesomes and swinging are very unselfish in that they are sharing your most special part of your life - your partner - with others.
When I say "done right" I mean you have talked and talked about this beforehand and set ground rules and boundries. You have talked about what you want from the threesome or moresome and you are both on the same page.
If both of those bases are covered, and you are not the jealous sort, you'll have a great time.
For allot of good information check out the FAQ section of The Swingers Board, then read the forums for other's input. The links are below.

Perhaps, there are already issues that will harm your marriage depending on whether its a two women or two men threesome since its your wife asking the question. I've tried both and I personally prefer the two women variety.

Did she ask you to have a 3some with a guy or girl? Either way I guess that if you are going to do this then you need to not become attracted to the other person. Another thing is make sure that your marriage is in great shape.

She is testing you , or she may think she can cope with it then after the fact she will accuse you of being unfaithful. Don't go there it will reck your marriage for sure. If you love her and she loves you why do you need a 3rd person?

Consider it a long time. Discuss it with her. Check out your relationship. What is going on there? Are you truly solid in this area. Because it will be tested on both sides. Good luck and have fun.

Of course every man thinks about this, either with his wife's sister or her hot best friend, god, 2 hot women fighting over him and he has 2 girls all to himself with no other man to compete with, that is what every guy wants! But he would never tell his wife/girlfriend/fiance/significant other this, because they know it would harm our extra extra sensitive egos and make us think that our man does not love us. My man said he does not like 3somes, does not like or fantasize about girl on girl action but i know he is lying to me. My fiance's best friend was hanging out with his girlfriend as well as my fiance and I, and my fiance's best friend said he wanted to see us girls sucking on each others boobs, and we did--it was kind of awkward because i had never done it before, and my fiance's best friend loved it, but my own fiance told me that i would make a horrible lesbian...i was like im sorry, unlike you, i dont make out with boobs every day! And oh yeah, a threesome will most definately ruin your marriage, trust me! Everyone i have known who has had one has either divorced or broken up! Trust your instincts!

When she says a threesome what combo is she talking about?
You need to talk this out before you do anything.

Does she want two guys or a guy and a girl. I think there is a big difference. If it is a girl she is no threat to you as you have something the girl hasn't. If it is a guy to it is a big threat to you as she will see him as new, fresh and exciting.
Think hard about this.
