I was using megaupload. All pending uploads have been INCOMPLETE. I think i have blocked that IP of megaupload when it asked me what to do.

Whenever you will try any website, zonelab firewall will ask you to allow or not allow. Use your mind for that decision !
You have blocked (Not allowed) the megaupload application.
Go to Program Control tab in zonelab firewall. Click on Programs tab. Allow MEGAUPER.EXE by right click.

I don't use Zonelabs firewall so I am unable to tell you exactly how to get to the right section to correct this. However you are going to have to find your rules within the firewall. You will see a list of sites that are blocked. You can then change the rule for it.

though I used zonealarm firewall long ago, i can tell you that it contains a list of download rules.
You can go there and uncheck megaupload.
