y would people abuse lesbian... please expain urself, b/c i have never seen this happen or even heard of it

What type of abuse are you referring to? Also what "people"?
Lesbians are no more abused by the "people" then anyone else these days.
It seems that everyone gets abused in one way or another and on greater or lesser scales.
As a lesbian, I have had my fair share and seen others-GLBT&S get theirs too.
We humans are a nasty lot at times.

Are you talking about men or women abusing (verbally?) lesbians?
With women it is my guess that lesbian women are different. More aware and less male controlled. Unless they are feminists it often scares them and makes them aware of their ball and chain status. Religious intolerance doesn't help either.
With men my guess is that it is another form of femme discrimination. A type of man has long used foul language to control women, and when it comes to gay women, they think they are there to entertain them. A lot think they can bring a woman back from being gay, but when they realise these women seriously dont need men the mud flinging starts. My experience is that this type of man takes gay women a lot less seriously than gay men, who they are always afraid might hit on them.
This is only a certain type of man of course. On the whole more socially aware men live and let live, gay women and men alike.

I don't think they are. At least not as much as gay men.
I've always thought that lesbian couples are more acceptible than gay couples; hence they get abused less.

Because straight cannot understand us, lesb/gay, why do we hav to fall for the same sex if each other are having the same "thgs". I think they r also "scared" that they'll become the target of anyone one of us, lesb/gay.They think its disgusting, against the moral, against God's will, etc.
Maybe u can hav better ans by posting ur q's under the culture/ religions/family catergories so that the so-called: straight, can giv u better ans.

Well, I would have no clue personally, but I would imagine that those with religious beliefs who feel that homosexuality is wrong would be one good reason why. Seems we all have the mindset that we have the right to place judgment on others instead of looking within ourselves to determine it what is we are doing is right.

they are no more abused than any other group. pretty much any group has people that will dislike them no matter who they are

i think ...much more less than gay men! MANY people over here ..in germany..accept lesbians! because they like how they do IT!!! :-P....its more "beautiful" in some ways!!!!
