I'm doing a environmental case studies assignment for waste recovery from cheese whey. Can anyone ask my question in detail e.g. the advantages/disadvantages UF has over RO? Thanks a million in advance!

Also, can the RO system be suitable for further concentration of the cheese whey i.e. from a total solids content of 12% to 30%? Thanks!
