you can never get transfer to bombay because bombay is not a name of a city and if you mean mumbai YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET TRANSFER TILL 2 MONTHS AFTER 2 MONTHS YOU WILL BE TRANSFERED TO MUMBAI
