done some exercise to rid of pain but still hurting

I would recommend drinking plenty of water and sleeping. That usually helps for that sort of thing, but I never lifted weights that much. If your arms didn't hurt last night before you went to bed, they're probably just sore from overuse. But if they hurt too badly, you might have injured yourself. You'll have to use your own judgement. Good luck!

u must have exercised after a very long time or exercised without stretching your body first.it is quite normal.that pain can be relieved only by massaging and giving some heat treatment.this is not a big problem.in some cases,the muscles tear due 2 over exercise.in this case,consult a doctor.he ll advice u not 2 exercise 4 a period of about 6 months and give medication
